I want to rent out a double room in my two-bed flat which has a bath ensuite. The lodger would have access to the kitchen with his/her own bar fridge and an ample shelf for storage of foodstuff.
The room is fully furnished with a desk, chest of drawers, good size wardrobe and linen is provided if required.
I am looking for someone who is preferably vegetarian, or at least able to be vegetarian at home.
Someone who is quiet and not up to socialising in my home as it is not big enough for such pleasures!
Basically its a beautiful bright room that looks onto a 2 acre meadow but its for sleeping and quiet time.
I do not expect the lodger to have use of the living room.
There is a small TV set in the room.
The rent is £131 a week which includes broadband but not utilities, this is separate but would come to more or less £60 a month, and in the summer it is anticipated this will go down.
I would require a months deposit and one month rent in advance if staying medium to long term or two weeks deposit in advance if short term stay and one month rent in advance.
