I have a large room (15 ft by 14 ft) to let for 1 person from September The household has 3 other people. The room has wooden floors and large wardrobe and a desk. It has ample storage facilities.
The ideal person would be sharing a modern kitchen, which has a cooker, dining table, dishwasher and washing machine. The let is for a minimum of 10 months, and the rent is £110 per week, including all bills.
The location is a quite road off Brent Street. The nearest underground station is Hendon Central - 5 minutes walk, and also bus routes, 240. 183, 143, and 346 for access to Golders Green, Brent Cross and Hendon Central.
The house has 3 other occupants and a friendly cocker spaniel (dog) . We also have a lovely garden to share.
